The types of personal information we may collect include: your name, display name, username, bio, email address, business information, avatar image, photos, posts, responses, and series you publish, and any other information you choose to provide.
In some cases, we may collect information about others — for example, if you purchase a BidderJob membership as a gift. We use this solely to fulfil your request and will not contact your gift recipients for unrelated purposes unless they separately consent.
💳 Payment Information — Important Note BidderJob does not directly collect or store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled by authorised third-party payment processors. Any information you provide to facilitate a payment is governed by the payment processor's own privacy policy. We strongly encourage you to review that policy before providing payment information.
1.2 Information We Collect Automatically When you use our Services, we automatically collect certain technical and behavioural information, including:

-
Cookies & Tracking: Cookies, web beacons (pixel tags / clear GIFs), and third-party analytics technologies. These collect IP address, browser, mobile network, pages viewed, time spent, and links clicked. See Section 6 (Your Choices) for cookie management options.
1.3 Information We Collect from Other Sources We may obtain information about you from third parties, including:
-
Social networks (if you connect a social account to BidderJob)
-
Accounting services providers
-
Data analytics providers
If you create or log into your BidderJob account through a third-party platform (such as Apple, Facebook, Google, or Twitter/X), we receive certain information from that platform — such as your name, friend or follower lists, birthday, and profile picture — in accordance with that platform's authorisation procedures.
1.4 Information We Derive We may draw inferences about you based on the information we collect. For example, we may infer your approximate location from your IP address, or your reading preferences from your reading history on the platform.

Sharing of Information
BidderJob shares your personal information only in the specific circumstances described below. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-Party Embeds
BidderJob does not host all of the content displayed on our Services. Users can post content that is hosted by a third party but displayed ("embedded") within BidderJob pages.
⚠️ How Third-Party Embeds Affect Your Privacy When you interact with an Embed — for example, watching a YouTube video embedded in a BidderJob post — the third-party host may receive information about your interaction just as if you had visited their site directly. This can include your IP address and details about how you engaged with the embedded content. BidderJob does not control what information third parties collect through Embeds, or what they do with it. This Privacy Policy does NOT apply to Embeds. The privacy policy of the third party hosting the Embed governs any data collected through it. We recommend reviewing the relevant third-party privacy policy before interacting with any Embed.
Transfer of Information to the United States and Other Countries
BidderJob is headquartered in the United States. We have operations and service providers located in the United States and in other countries around the world. As a result, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or accessed from jurisdictions that may not offer the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.
For example, we transfer personal data to Amazon Web Services (AWS), which processes information for us in data centres across the globe. We take steps to ensure that your personal information receives an adequate level of protection wherever it is processed, including through contractual data protection clauses where required by applicable law.
🌍 International Users — Your Rights If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Section 8 of this Policy describes your specific rights and the legal bases on which BidderJob processes your personal data.
