About this Team
The Analytics team is responsible for generating actionable insights and analyses for the business, conducting A/B testing, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting the Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to drive significant impact for our customers and the company. We also collaborate closely with the Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Software Engineering teams to enhance our data infrastructure. Our advanced A/B testing program, automation, and data tools enable us to deliver high-quality analytics efficiently.
Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.

Work closely with business partners to extract meaningful insights from various data sources, including relational databases, front-end analytics tools, and clickstream data.

Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership using clear visuals and concise messaging.

Design and analyze A/B tests to drive KPI improvements.

Develop dashboards to support business decisions with a focus on automation and scalability.

Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure and governance.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience performing quantitative data analysis, preferably in the internet or technology sector.

Expertise in writing complex SQL queries to support critical business decisions.

Strong understanding of statistics and the ability to explain statistical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and the ability to quickly grasp business drivers.

Proficiency in Python or R.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience as a Senior Product Data Analyst (4.5+ years preferred).
